“For most of my adult life I’ve been a typical yo-yo dieter with low body confidence. Fast approaching my 40th birthday I decided to ensure I would be ‘fit and forty’ not ‘fat and forty’!

I signed up to All In Accountability with Accomplish Fitness without knowing exactly what it would entail but having trained with AF for a while I knew I would be in safe hands.

The 6 week programme is well planned, hugely supportive and covers all aspects of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. It was exactly the kick up the ass I needed.

“I recently completed the AF All In Programme. Run over three weeks it enabled me to join a wide range of online and studio classes as well as focus on other behaviours that impact fitness levels including nutrition, sleep and recovery. Having a body scan at the beginning, mid point and end of the programme helped to track progress but Natt’s enthusiasm also kept me motivated and accountable! 3 weeks later I am sleeping better, have more energy and the first signs of some muscle definition. 100% recommend!”
