Head Trainer and Mindset Coach Natt Summers

Natt's natural gift of coaching and ease of working with people on a personal level has led to several successes in the fitness industry. Successes include conceiving, designing and launching an innovative group exercise fitness brand in partnership with Bear Grylls through to co-authored the best-selling fitness book Your Life – Train for It with Bear and also founding Accomplish Fitness - a boutique fitness studio with a singular focus to help clients achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals through innovative and progressive fitness.

Natt uses mindset to underpin of her learning and teaching in both her working life and her home life.

Natt's fitness ethos is based on the proven and recognised principals of enhanced interval training. Interval training, specifically high intensity interval training (HIIT), offers maximum benefits in a shorter period of time to help you get the results you want without needing to spend hours in the gym.

Natt's workouts typically involve the use of alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. The use of short, intense workouts have been proven to provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, improved fat burning and an overall reduction in cardio vascular related diseases.

 

Meet Lou

Lou has been training with accomplish Fitness over the last 20 years and has recently updated her skill set to become a loved member of the team.

Lou brings with her a wealth of history of Accomplish Fitness and brings this, her empathy, keen attention to detail, application of knowledge and her smile to every session she delivers. 

Lou is a kettlebell fiend and enjoys  teaching classic circuits, all things boootcamp and will now heads up our Spin program for 2024. 


Meet Ashlie

I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with specialisms in functional biomechanics, postural analysis, mobility and fascia release. In other words, I love to get people moving better. My training style takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, where I focus on full-body, multi-dimensional movement to build interconnected strength, power and endurance from the ground up. I also believe in looking beyond the gym, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle and daily wellness practices to enhance overall wellbeing.
