Natt Summers

Natt's natural gift of coaching and ease of working with people on a personal level has led to several successes in the fitness industry. Successes include conceiving, designing and launching an innovative group exercise fitness brand in partnership with Bear Grylls through to co-authored the best-selling fitness book Your Life – Train for It with Bear and also founding Accomplish Fitness - a boutique fitness studio with a singular focus to help clients achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals through innovative and progressive fitness.

Natt uses mindset to underpin of her learning and teaching in both her working life and her home life.

Natt's fitness ethos is based on the proven and recognised principals of enhanced interval training. Interval training, specifically high intensity interval training (HIIT), offers maximum benefits in a shorter period of time to help you get the results you want without needing to spend hours in the gym.

Natt's workouts typically involve the use of alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. The use of short, intense workouts have been proven to provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, improved fat burning and an overall reduction in cardio vascular related diseases.

Meet Lou

Lou has been training with accomplish Fitness over the last 20 years and has recently updated her skill set to become a loved member of the team.

Lou brings with her a wealth of history of Accomplish Fitness and brings this, her empathy, keen attention to detail, application of knowledge and her smile to every session she delivers. 

Lou is a kettlebell fiend and enjoys  teaching classic circuits, all things boootcamp and will now heads up our Spin program for 2024.

Meet Ashlie

I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with specialisms in functional biomechanics, postural analysis, mobility and fascia release. In other words, I love to get people moving better. My training style takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, where I focus on full-body, multi-dimensional movement to build interconnected strength, power and endurance from the ground up. I also believe in looking beyond the gym, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle and daily wellness practices to enhance overall wellbeing.

I’m a dedicated fitness enthusiast with over 15+ years of experience in high level sports. My passion for fitness has fuelled my drive to help others achieve their goals, whether it’s enhancing performance, improving health or reaching personal milestones.

With this in mind I have a great understanding of what it takes to succeed.

Meet Pearl

I am a freelance level 3 qualified Pilates Instructor. I spent seventeen years of my professional life working with Public Health helping clients identify and make healthier lifestyle choices to aid their wellbeing and quality of life. I am a qualified Pilates Instructor and Nutritional Therapist. I not only love taking care of myself and my family but working with my clients and seeing the results and positive lifestyle improvements they gain that makes them and their families feel and look amazing. “the greatest wealth is health” - Virgil

With a background in dance and a passion for movement, Holly transitioned seamlessly into the fitness industry, bringing creativity and expertise to every class.

Specialising in delivering dynamic, holistic fitness experiences that blend strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

Meet Floyd

Meet Floyd, our dynamic online trainer and AF Kids coach, who’s making waves on the rowing circuit and setting his sights on big 🥇

Floyd has been an integral part of our team for three years, bringing passion and expertise to kids’ fitness. Recently, he expanded his skills by becoming a certified personal trainer and Powerplate coach, blending innovative training techniques with his signature approachable style.

Together with Lou, Floyd co-leads our popular AF Kids circuits and curates FUNctional fitness parties that bring energy and excitement to all ages.

Known for his engaging and thoughtful programs, Floyd combines a laid-back vibe with a results-driven approach. Beneath his relaxed demeanor lies an iron fist in a velvet glove. Floyd is all about helping clients achieve their goals with purpose and determination.
