Group Training AIM: To improve fitness, improve lean muscle mass, increase fat burning capability, help prevent cardio vascular disease and improve your overall body composition in a group environment.

Our Group Training sessions are designed by head Trainer Natt Summers and are based on the proven and recognised principals of enhanced interval training. If you love working our in a group environment with like minded people these sessions are for you!

High intensity interval training (HIIT), offers maximum benefits in a shorter period of time to help you get the results you want without needing to spend hours in the gym. You can choose from a variety of Small Group Training classes including Kettlebells, Powerplate HIIT, Boxing Fitness and Classic Circuits and Bootcamp.
